Positive thinking can lead you to get success

Be positive yarr...!

It is also spoken in a movie-No Entry- by Anil Kapoor.... Maybe all you will have seen this movies..

Ohkk.. Come to the point now, here we are going to talk about positive thinking. It sound good and mostly
we have often heard by somebody in our daily life But we just listen not Understand.

I'll tell you several strategies to help you to think positive---

Firstly understand the difference between the power of positive and negative thinking..

Play along with me for a moment.

A Negative Thought - - Let's say that you're walking through the forest and suddenly a tiger steps onto the path ahead of you. When this happens, suddenly a thought come over your mind and that time your brain registers a negative emotion -- in this case, fear.
You are focused entirely on the tiger, the fear it creates, for example, you run. The rest of the world doesn't matter. At that same moment, you might have the option to climb a tree, pick up a leaf, or grab a stick -- but your brain ignores all of those options because they seem irrelevant when a tiger is standing in front of you.

Your brain closes off from the outside world and focuses on the negative emotions of fear, anger, and stress. Negative emotions prevent your brain from seeing the other options and choices that surround you. It's your survival instinct.

A Positive Thought - - When you saw images of joy and contentment, wrote down a significantly higher number of actions that they would take, even when compared to the neutral group.
In other words, when you are experiencing positive emotions like joy, contentment, and love, you will see more possibilities in your life. These findings were among the first that suggested positive emotions broaden your sense of possibility and open your mind up to more options.

But that was just the beginning. I'll tell you the 8 most important things Successful peoples talk about..

1. I can't do this
For those people who want to be successful always try to solve any type of problem. They never sit idle and say this word i cant do. They don't fear about failure, they just try to do that.

2. I don't know about this
When someone ask for the help, successful people never say this. Because ignorance doesn’t solve the problem.

3. Excuse of not having money
You can't define success by money. happy and happiness is the definition of success. Money is something that brings comfort.

4. Never stop learning
It doesn’t matter how old the successful people are. They don’t give up their learning or life. They think there is always a scope to learn from anywhere and anyone. They always try to get lesson from every difficult situation.

5.Early to bed Early to rise
"Early to bed and early to rise" this phrase is always very true. Successful people do this regularly. They don’t sleep much and get up early to do their necessary jobs. They maintain a routine for sleep.

6. Welcome the changes
Change is always better. Successful people don’t resist change. They welcome change for betterment. Strategies and tactics can change over time and flourished people accept them wholeheartedly.

7. Ignore the pessimists
Successful people don't care about what other people think about them. Successful people do their work with perfection and try to avoid taunts. Successful people let them come near who are going to make better in life.

8. Don't get stuck in past
Successful people always overcome the past. They don’t let their past to hole them. They learn lessons from past and do best to make things right at present.

Discover yourself in the crowd

It’s been months I didn’t think about my career, jobs or something else. The problems of my life kept me so busy to think, think and think about myself. Now m growing out from all that things which felt me cornered from my life. I realized many things, some of which I’m going to compile up here, in this post.

The title may have intrigued you to read more. "Discover Yourself in the crowd" sounds so inspirational and self-helping, isn’t it? Many times, we are lost in external world so badly that we forget who we are inside, and what actually we want, what actually we desire.

Our own choice, needs and requirement are many times according to what others are seeking for. For instance you want to eat a particular flavor of ice-cream, but your girlfriend wants another flavor and you have limited money , what will you do?? Obviously, you will buy her choice of flavor. This simple example reflects our time. We always do what others wants to see, and make so many sacrifices. And many times over, we end up taking certain decisions too, which in the end, affect us the most.

I met one of my friend after a long time, after 2.5 years. We had a bitter argument in 2011 and since then, we were out of touch. we were in a same college and her desire to became a singer and that time she was so serious about her dream. But now She is well settled in IT field??? I asked about your dream. And she told me a longgg storyy that her father want to see her in a professional job etc. I realized that she is living fine but living what her father wanted to. what about her desire?? what about her choice?? Many question arrive in mind. since that i have decided to find a way to find myself Discover myself in the crowd, in crowd of desire of other that is overshadow in my desire. here is some inspiring tips for you....

Create your own life timeline--  Write down all the things that you like, your goals that you feel you have achieved and want to achieve. Write down the event in your life that have shaped or effaced you. These things you list are organically you, not a simple reflection of society.

Spend some time to justifying the past in your timeline. You can look at them as formation blocks and as changing experiences along your timeline without imbuing them with too much emotion.

When examine negative past experience, focus on what you learned from them. Everyone has these blips in their timeline, but ignoring them won't help you. Instead, recognize that these experiences shaped you.

Confidence on yourself--  Confidence and belief are at the heart of finding yourself. If you don't have a solid sense of self-worth, you'll listen to what others have to say all the time and to be swayed by their insistence on what is appropriate. Learn to believe in yourself and trust your own feelings.

"Be patient with yourself and confident in your abilities. Everything will come with time."

Stop to attract with bad habit-- Develop your own moral conduct and practice sticking to it. Start by overcoming bad habits. Stop smoking, over-eating, and abusive drinking. These are examples of lapses or habits that will prevent you from functioning at your peak.

"you can't drive your life forward if you are always gazing through your rear-view mirror!"

Organize your universe--   You may try to change your identity, your way of absorbing. Resolve that fight
with that friend. Getting everything else out of the way will clear up the path to "me" time.

Find out a passion--   When you believe in something, you should do it no matter what anyone else thinks. If you have found something that is worthy of your best efforts, sacrifice, and tears, then you have found the most important pursuit of your life.

Find a adviser--   Seek out someone you trust who has a definite sense of self. How did they do it?
  - Stress that you know it's your journey, but would love to use their strength as a guide.
  -  A support system is key to any self-improvement tactic.
  -  Use this mentor as a sounding board, too, for what you come up against. The outlet will surely come in
      handy.

determine your goal--   Deciding on a career may seem daunting but it is easier when you give yourself a lot of options and time to consider it. Although the idea of a job is fast becoming a thing of the past, the field of work which you choose is important because it will determine where you will spend a good deal of your working life.

"It’s necessary that you ask yourself today, whether you are truly happy or not? If not, then what is it that you want, or what is it that you lack? And how can you be happy? You’ll find all answers within you"

One life.. Live it...

Why we feel Cornered????

There are many reasons behind this thinking---

Break up, Rejection, lack of communication to others, distance from loved one etc. will elaborate...

Firstly we have to know about the reason behind this thinking--
When we get hurt--  No doubt everyone get hurt in their life. 80% of people get hurts in the age of 16 to 40 because of break up with their loved one. Temporary emotional pain is caused by death of loved one, break up, thoughtlessness or cruelty on the part of close friends. When you're hurting because of any of the above then You'll be forced to think that why this always happens with you.

"When you truly love someone so since that time your all happiness comes from that person"

If it's true for you So other than that your life is nothing. right.. And suddenly a incident happen in your life. U see your relation is no more. the person you loved he/she start ignoring you.

Break-ups can be devastating. It's a rough transition from sharing every part of your life with someone, to picking up the phone and suddenly remembering you shouldn't call them.

The most Cornered feelings comes from here when u loosed that person. You thinking almost excessively (i.e. could you waste away entire hours doing nothing but thinking about that incident?) Its normal for the human beings But you have to know about the difference between thinking and schizophrenia.

How to cope with--

Know this will take time. Especially if the relationship was long-term, this will be a difficult and probably a long process. Expect that, and give yourself as much time as you need to heal/recover.

Understand the emotions that you are feeling are normal and embrace them.

Cry if you need to. Go ahead and cry, use a whole box of tissues and feel miserable for a while. It's okay. You're entitled. But eventually, you do need to pick yourself back up and move on. Life will go on, and believe it or not, so will you!

Enjoy spending time with the people who are in your life.

Spend lots of time with your friends and family during this time. They will be your support system as you deal with the aftermath of the break-up.  Take time to spend quality time with them and do something fun.

Accept the end of the relationship.

Remember that the relationship happened for a reason, and nothing is ever wasted in life. Or perhaps you are only broken up for a short time and the relationship will be restored. Either way though, you must move on with your life.

"Even a single person can't be alone and cornered, your thinking always with you. Just have understand that What is the path to take"
